The 27th World Congress on Parkinson’s Disease and related disorders, organised by the International Association of Parkinsonism and Related Disorders (IAPRD), took place in Prague from 1 to 4 May 2022. The long-established congress offered a rich programme of symposia and workshops, as well as the presentation of original research papers and plenary lectures.
The conference concluded with the awarding of prizes for the best posters and the best research papers. First place and prize Melvin Yahr Award for the best research paper went to young researcher Matej Perovnik, MD, PhD, from the Department of Neurological Diseases, UKC Ljubljana.
