It is organised by the Medical Physics program group (UL FMF) and DMFA.<\/p>\n<p>The central theme of this year&#8217;s competition is Breast cancer: <b>What can we learn from mammograms?<\/b><\/p>\n<p>The competition is intended for students of both secondary and tertiary level of education, who compete in teams with a maximum of three members.<\/p>\n<p>The competition starts with an introductory lecture, where the broader background of the problem is explained and continues with two levels of competition. The first serves as a qualification for the second, where the top three teams will also receive a monetary award.
