We found out that 18F-fluorocholine PET\/CT imaging was effective for preoperative localization of hyperfunctioning parathyroid tissue. We verified the dosimetry and binding potential of 99mTc-based somatostatin antagonist in murine models(TECANT, ERAPERMED2018-125 grants). We assessed the efficacy and safety of ultrasonographically (US)-guided high-intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU) ablation to treat benign solid thyroid nodules.
